I started in real estate the way most people don’t — as a federal government worker with no connections, very little money, and no idea what I was doing.

By 2014, I was Falls Church, Virginia’s most active flipper. By 2020, I’d launched 3 Step Home Sale with a simple premise: homeowners deserve a cash buyer who’s straight with them from the first call to the closing table. Since then, we’ve purchased hundreds of homes across MD, VA, DC, GA, FL, NC and beyond — inherited properties, vacant houses, dated homes, distressed situations.

Since 2016 I’ve run DMV Deal Makers, one of the largest real estate investor groups in the DC Metro region, and I’ve interviewed some of the most well-known investors in the country on my YouTube channel Deal Maker Nation.

I write about what I’ve actually lived through — not what sounds good on paper.
